Toasted Coconut Mojito

Buffalo City Toasted Coconut Vodka, Mint simple syrup, lime juice, Club soda

Ingredients

• Buffalo City Toasted Coconut Vodka 1 ½ oz
• Mint simple syrup ¾ oz
• lime juice (1 lime juiced) 1/2 oz
• mint leaves 3
• Club soda splash
• Garnish with lime Wheel 1

Directions

1. Add ice, vodka, lime juice, mint syrup into a shaker.
2. Shake and pour into a highball glass.
3. Slap 3 mint leaves, place on top.
4. Top with club soda. Garnish with lime wheel and sprig of mint.
